Nevermind... figured it out...
Here's the problem...
My project was 1200 frames long.
My avi brush was 294 frames long.
Imagine scaled my avi brush to 1200 frames (the size of the actor bar for
the object).
I'm not sure I like the way that works. I'd like the ability to turn off
that avi scaling... in otherwords, just repeat the AVI or stop on the last
frame.
Anyway... I'm a dummy.

Well not really but if you want to repeat an AVI instead of have it scaled,
just set your number of keyframes in the object bar to the number of frames
of your AVI and then repeat the object in that same bar as long as you need
the object to be there.
